Alter, was ein Brett – die Belgier legen nach Ihrem Album bei Reflections und der split 7“ mit Iron Reagan heftig nach. Keine Kompromisse mehr, das traf auch auf die Wahl des Produzenten zu: „Twentylastcentury“ wurde mit keinem anderem als dem Metal-Papst Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica & Co.) in Dänemark eingethrashed. Direkt beim Opener hört man bestes Suicidal Loco-Geflüster, um im Anschluß ein heftiges Midtempo-Gemoshe von der Leine zu lassen. Generell geht hier viel mit 80er LA-Geschwindigkeit von statten – Excel und Co. lassen grüßen. „Immobilized & Paralysed“ wartet mit einem original Suicidal-Flanger Intro auf, um danach in einen gnadenlosen Headbanger umzuschwingen – auch der gesungene Mittelpart hätte von Mike sein können. Die messerscharfen Gitarrenriffs erinnern das ein oder andere Mal an Leeway, und damit spielen sich die Waffelbäcker in unser aller Herzen, denn was Cooleres, als 1986 Gedächtnissound und -tempo mit Crossovergrooves zu fahren, kann man sich auch in 2017 nicht vorstellen! Dicke Gangshouts, ein aggressiv pumpender Bass, kranke Leads und variabler Gesang zeigen Jungspunden wie Trapped Under Ice, wie man das macht. So nämlich! Sommer gerettet. Skateboard raus!
